RETURN POLICY
Thank you for choosing OV Beauty Products LLC. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return policy.
RETURNS
• All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
• Items must be returned in new or unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
• Please email our customer service team at masterstylist.shanastewart@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• After receiving your RMA Number, securely package the item in its original packaging and send it to the address below:

Please note: You are responsible for all shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
REFUNDS
• Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your refund.
• Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of the item for processing.
• Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
• We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
• For defective or damaged products, please contact us at masterstylist.shanastewart@gmail.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
